These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sunslut website, products, and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Company Information

The Services are provided by Julia Dobrovolskaya, VAT number ESZ0846034F, Calle José de Orbaneja 32, Urb. Las Palmeras, 29649 Mijas Costa, Málaga, Spain.

All purchases made through our store are legally binding agreements under Spanish law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.

 

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Sunslut products.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  • Sunslut is not responsible if minors misrepresent their age and purchase products.

 

3. Accounts

  • You may create a customer account to save your details and order history.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Sunslut reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Orders and Acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

  • This may include orders placed using incorrect pricing or information due to typographical errors or system issues.

  • If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

 

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Accepted payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, PayPal, Stripe.

  • By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Sunslut currently ships to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, the UK, Ireland, Spain, France, and other EU countries.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery by the courier.

  • If a package is lost in transit, Sunslut is responsible for resolving the issue.

  • If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but is subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery, Sunslut is not liable.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

Because Sunslut tanning drops are a food supplement, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

We only accept returns of unopened products under the following conditions:

  • The bottle must be sealed with its original plastic wrap.

  • The outer packaging must be intact and undamaged.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@sunslut.com.

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

8. Product Use and Health Disclaimer

  • Sunslut tanning drops are a dietary supplement, not a medical product.

  • They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and other factors.

  • Sunslut does not guarantee specific results.

You must consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.

 

9. Intellectual Property

The Sunslut brand, trademarks, product designs, packaging, website content, and imagery are the exclusive property of Sunslut and are protected under EU trademark and intellectual property laws.

No content from our website or products may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

 

10. Marketing and Communications

By creating an account, subscribing, or making a purchase, you agree to receive communications from Sunslut, including promotional emails or SMS. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Sunslut is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenues, or data.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) involved.

  • Sunslut is not liable for dissatisfaction if results do not meet customer expectations.

  • Sunslut is not liable for misuse of the product or for use contrary to the instructions provided.

12. Errors and Inaccuracies

We do our best to ensure all information on our website is accurate. However, errors may occur, including in pricing, product descriptions, or availability.

  • Sunslut reserves the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

  • We may cancel any order affected by an error, even if it has been confirmed or paid. A full refund will be provided in such cases.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
