Thank you for shopping with Sunslut. We want you to love your glow, but if something isn’t right, this Return and Refund Policy explains your options.
Returns
Because our tanning drops are a consumable food supplement, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.
We only accept returns of unopened products under the following conditions:

The bottle must be sealed with its original plastic wrap.

The outer packaging must be intact and undamaged.

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@sunslut.com.

Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Once verified, we will replace the product at no additional cost, or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Opened or used bottles.

Products returned after the 7-day window.

Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact them directly).
